There are various modes of challenges in technology progression in the sport industry, and if proper solutions are not thought upon; many problems will arise in the current field. In this regard, the present study was conducted with the very approach to select the prime policies to protect the rights and interests of all factors relating to the sport industry and to provide an appropriate balance between technology and the rights of the athletes. Moreover, paying attention to the maintenance of justice and moral values governing sports with the progression of new technologies seems to be of importance; as it leads to the desirable and equal use of technology in sports on behalf of the athletes.
